Popular songs played on a record plaj^’or will bo the entertain ment . The girls have plan ned the following menu; Boiled Ham, (pineapple rings). Stuffed Tom atoes, Potato Salad, Hot Rolls, Butter, Chocolate Cake, Pickles. Easter Party Given Follov/ing up the stu dy of child care from birth through six; third year homo econo mics girls entertained the first gradors Virith an Easter party on Frl- dajr morning, April 7. This party was given to learn more about children to notice their actions, and to learn how to make them feel at ease. Apparently the little folks enjoyed the col oring of the eggs best of all. Games were played and the story Penny Pooch was road to them. Refreshments of gra ham crackcrs and lem onade v;ero served. Club Elects Officers At a bi-monthly meet ing of the ninth grade home economics club, officers for the com ing year v/ere chosen: for president, Joan Thornton; vicc-presi- dent, Phyllis Jean Flnch^ secretary, Kitty Lou Morgan; treasurer, Mary Evelyn Glover; Historian, Pansy Ray Blssettc; club .reporter, Mabel Vick; song leader Clara Jean Stone; pro gram chairmen, Faylene Morgan and Sharon Bunn and Clara Jean Stone.
