Other essential needs are expected to ar rive soon. Among the items received for the cocking laboratory are a new garbage can, sauce pan, sifter, and casserole dish. Silver, glassware, china, and m«re cooking utensils are needed. For the sewing laboratory a new button hole attach ment will soon arrive. for. the convenience off all schools in Franklin and Kash Counties that have Vocational Home Eco nomics Departments, a F.H. A. Rally was held in the Spring Hope club house, Saturday, February 8. Schools attending were Bailey, Spring Hope, Coopers, Red Oak, Kills High School, and Franklin- ton. The Bailey Chapter v/as in charge of Registration. Ihe fee was ten cents per person. '' Cbsses Study Coohng Since the study of Fer- spnal Grooming by home ec. I and the unit of serving by ec. II are completed, both groups are now taking a course in cooking. During this study, the classes will cook and serve complete meals. STUDIES AID CAREER Unit on Vocations is nrsv. being studied by students of class three. "Iferriage As a Career" is the subject now under study. Following this will be units on nursing, teach ing, secretarial work, and many other professions.
