Only once a year do v/e
wear our hearts on the out
side and that is today--
Valentine Lay. J^ut we had
better beware of Cupid,
competitor of Puck, the
mischief maker, for he's
likely to shoot an arrov/
that will result in tangl
ing affairs,
Valenti’ne ' is also a day
for shovdng kindness and
sending greetings. These
greetings may be sentimen
tal or merely comical.
Because of their free ex
pression of love this day
is looked forward to by
the small children more
than by the grownups.
Valentine has a universal
aT}peal. Every language has
the expression, "Viill you
be my Valentine?"
