The double ring ceremony took place in Horne's Methodist Church with the public invited. After a year’s course in' Atlantic Christian College, Arah entered Rex Hospital as a student nurse. Garner Sanders; ’30, and ?:dna Uarle Kirby, of Princ- ton and Smithfield, were married in’ February. At the present, they are liv ing in Smithfield '■V\heYe Mrs. Sanders is a member of the school faculty, and ]Vir. Sanders is connected with the Gold Leaf Ware house. Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Watson announce' the birth of A daughter, Margaret Louise, on February 27. in the T^'oodard-Herring Hospital, ■A'ilson. \7atson was a former teacher in Bailey High School. Born to Sarah Britt, for merly Sarah VHiitley, *45, on January 27 was a baby girl. In a letter written to Mrs. A. H. Farmer Sarah says: "Henceforth call me "Ivbmmy". My little girl, Jeanne Rose, was born Jan uary 27 at Rex. She is the most adorable little imp and looks so intelligent it’s really convincing. ’Incidentally, she weighed 5 pounds, 14^ ounces then; Ivbnday of this week, 6 pounds 4 ounces. ’It took several months to find a suitable or sa tisfactory name for her. We were trying to keep from naming her after any one. Success I” I.tr. and Mrs. T. G. May announce the birth of a daughter; Betsy Allen, March 12, at the Carolina General Hospital, IVilson. Mrs. J/hy, uatil this year, taught the seventh grade at BHS.
