The Car© Of The Lib rary-What Is Your Part? Libraries were not founded to serve as a place for gossip or for having fun^ they vrere established as sources of information and for making Ix)ok friends. Books and magazines should be considered a part of one's personal property. The books have been bought in order that the students may have wider fields of reading" and informat ion I but if torn or abused in any v;ay no one wl31 readily turn to them. Librarians join tho staff in askin" the student body to be more considerate of the library.
