The junior teams, com
posed of students from the
seventh through the ninth
grades, have made accredit-
able shovj-ings this year.
Finishing the season, the
boys' team was tops over
the other teams in the
county. Middlesex and
Spring Hope were second
and third, respectively.
Bailey played eight games,
losing only two. High
scorers viere Carrol Jones
with 77 points, Wiley
V/illiarason with 66 points,
and Cornelius Boykin with
50 points. Jones alone
made 3U points in one game.
Ratings of the girls'
teams were Middlesex,
first; Bailey, second; and
Spring Hope, third. High
scorers for the Bailey
team were Billie Faye
Perry, Janice Edwards, and
Shirley ViTilliams with 77,

Coach Dunn's Cagers de
feated the Benvenue boys
35-30.
Gene Finch dropped in 11
points to attain high
scoring honors.
