Joyce Vick became this nast fall the bride of one of her classmates, E, C, Griffin, Jr. Mary Rose Brovm (Mrs. Felton Tilley), Libby Phillips (Mrs, Harold Bunn), Hil- dred Ruffin (Mrs. Bill Hut chins), Sarah Morgan Far mer (Mrs, Jack Smith ), Janie Glover {Mrs* Wilbur Finch), and Aiieen Finch (Mrs. Paul Temple) have be come home makers. Two mem bers of the class, Chris tine Finch (Mrs, Weldon Shuler, teacher at Sylvia), and Frances Bissette (Mrs. Eunice Peele, new owner of Peggy's Beauty Shoo) de cided upon marriage and a career. We understand that Juanita Brantley and Irish High are married, but we were unable to learn their married names. Work appeals to Louis Bis— sette (Bailey)j Samuel Glo ver, Hollis Haskins, John Dew, and Horace High (Ral eigh); Earl Murray (Balti more); Spencer Vick (Spring Hope); Elsie Pearl Eatmon and Harold Cooper (Wilson); Carl Walker, Jr. (Rocky Mount); and Eleanor Hedrick (Siler City ). John C. Finch and Charles Morgan are farming near Bailey. Love of home appealed to Garland Pace, Harland Perry, Fitzhugh Sanders, Charles Williams, and Her man Anderson, A few of the students have made teaching • their profession. They are Rich ard Stott (Franklin), Jfer- tin Liles (WTiiteville), and Rachel Jones (Mebane), The sick and afficted ap peal to Lovie A. Beard and nurses.
