Students Help Benr lilork of School Many students by their labor and time help carry on throughout the year the work of the school. Without amy credit or re- raumeration, I\fery Ann Ed wards, Jan Perry, Gordon Bissette, Jane Morgan, Eunice Perry, Ruth Will iams, Sarah Peele, Reba ’lurray, Doris Murray, and Doris Faye Lamra devote an hour each per day to the library, WORKING IM LUMGH ROOM Using lunch period and sometimes studyhall to ■work in the lunchroom are Lois Jean Medlin, Doris hturray, Anne Bunn, Dixie Rae Glover, Henry Brantley Louise Hov^ell, Audr^ Pittman, Stella Jones\, Betsy Eatmon, Barbara Ann Sanders, Helen Boyette, Avon Bryant, Bud Bryant, Bobby Bryant, Pennettie Wiggs, Elton Vjells, George Thigpen, Virginia Richard son, and Harris Joyner. Gordon Bissette works in the supply room every morning before school opens and Mavis Perry in the office during study hall. Ei^t students - Theron Sanders, Clifton McKeel, Roosevelt Warren, Janice Earp, Eldred Perry, Jacquelyn Winstead, Jeriy Horton, and Ray Jones Jordan - get up early each morning and drive the school buses to school. During the basketball season Clayton Brock col lected the admission fees and Lucinda Stott kept the official scores, while Jimmy Harris and Carroll Jones fired the boiler. The ninth grade health class has the project of keeping the sick room and rest room clean and neat. Each day two girls are sent to inspect these two rooms and once each week the rooms are thoroughly cleaned. Mr. and Mrs. Jordan have a grandson, Ray Jones Jor dan, age 17, graduating this year, and a great- grandson, Charles D. Phil lips III, age ii, serving as senior mascot. Mrs. Jordan, who is seventy-one years old, and Mr. Jordan, who is seventy- four, report they don't be lieve any other grand parent of Bailey has a sim- ilar record.
