Nine vocational home eco nomics teachers from Nash and Franklin co’jnties met in the Bailey department Monday afternoon to con duct their monthly meeting, according to Miss Frances Wilson, home economics teacher. After a business session, led by Mrs. Dorpthy Fisher of Nashville, which in cluded plans for sending money to the American Home Economics association for scholarship funds and con tributing news for the State News Letter, the group planned a tour through the Exposition Building in Hiph Foint,N.C., and Morrison-Reese in Greensboro sometime in June to see all styles of furniture. A to’or cf the new build ing was taken by the teach ers before the meeting. Miss Wilson furnished re freshments of punch and • exchainged helpful ideas on f ilms,and‘teaohing methbds.
