90 girls and 52 boys were tools for Miss Idalia Oglesby’s Sociology class as
they responded to the poll of opinions and attitudes circulated in high school.
The two-page attitude-finder consisted of 20 offenses of which five were to
be picked as the worst, l5 "yes or no" questions indicating student ccnvirtions cf-
activitiesj good or bad, and 20 questions pertaining to student personal behavior.
It was requested that no names be signed, since in this manner, the true
opinion was more liable to appear on the papers. Boys' papers were kept separated
from the girls' to find the differences of opinions of both sexes. Unbalanced
totals of "yes" and "no" occurred when a student failed to give his opinion.
