Because of its rural back- gro\ind and its various departmental work, Bailey (See PRESIDENT Page 2-A) RoniodelingOf Clossrooms Under Woy Building plans for a new elementary library, sci ence laboratory, and girls* rest room are al ready in process. The work is under the supervision of Julian Finch, county maintenance supervisor. Changing the former sci ence laboratory into a class-size elementary li brary is one phase of this program that will meet the State's requirement for an elementary library room. Plans for dividing the old homo economics depart ment into a girls' rest room and a new science laboratory are taking shape. Educ^tionol Fair Theme Of Open House Open House, presented as an Educational Fair with its midways, attractions, and exhibits, will come at its regular annual date, the March PTA meeting, ATTRACTIONS To carry out the theme of an Educational Fair those in charge will have the halls representing "myth ical" midwaysj the class rooms, attractions; and the work of students, the exhibits. Each room or "exhibition hall” will have a guest book to be signed by the visitors. The central '.'Grandstand Feature Attraction" will be the program staged in the auditorium by the Mighty Midgets and Tiny Toddlers of the two first grades * REFRESHME^7^S After the program and the visiting of the midway is over, the parents and vis itors will be invited to go to the lunchroom for refreshments* Mrs, R. G, L, Edwards is general chairman of Open House. Mrs, Florabelle Bynvrni, Mrs. Jerry Hagwood, and Mrs. Helen Murray are head of the program com mittee, and Miss Frances Wilson heads the hospital ity committee.
