Finch, James Paul Stott, and Bobby Ray Eatmon. Bobby Dew, Ted Morris, and Thomas McKeel are mak ing tables. Hat racks seem to be the favorites right now for Billy Glover and John Ro bert Lamm. Hoyt Brown and Kurt Stone have started bookcases. Newton Glover plans to sit on the lawn under the shade tree this summer be cause he is now making a set of lawn chairs. Douglas Brown prefers a poplar chest to a cedar one. Evidently Jinmy Bennett and Julian and Danny Glover hasce a boat ride or a fishing trip in mind since they are now build ing a boat for the Pepsi Cola man who brings their drinks down to shop.. Billy Liles and Jimmy Bennett are working on t/offee tables. Corney Boykin just goes down to shop to help his friends work, so that he will be present when Pepsi time rolls around. At • the annual Father and Son Banquet in the school cafeteria approximately lUO members, fathers, and guests were present for the event. The program was opened by the officers and the invo cation was given by the Rev. Frank Zedick. Follow ing the invocation the tenth grade Home Ec. girls served a supper of barbe cue, baked ham, brunswick stew, slaw, bread, coffee, and soft drinks, Wayne B. Finch, president recognized the guests while Douglas Brown wel comed them. Willis Finch gave the response to the welcome. The members of the chap ter gave the closing ctre- monies to end another yeaP' ly banquet.
