BAILEY BUGLE, BAIIEY, NORTH CAROLINA, NOVEMBER, 19$h Page lU Fads In Fdshions usefasmee Fashions may come 3snd fashions may go, but what of it I If one goes to the ex-creme in getting the most fashionable clothes of the day, she will have to buy an almost complete new wardrobe each year, WHY? Because women's cloth es, unlike men's, don't stiy in style too long at any one time. Instead of looking for clothes that are the most fashionablei look for those that will be more be coming to you in style and in color. Many times we see some outfit that we associate with a certain persoh. This is because clothes, too, have a per sonality* The same is true of colors* The clothes you select and the colors you wear should reflect you. In the Home Ec, Depart ment there is a chart show ing what colors one can beat wear. Some girls are lucky enough to bo able to wear all of them, while others should avoid some. Neatness is one style that should always be fash ionable. As one teacher said, "I'm glad you high school girls today wear clean shoes. A few years ago girls didn't like tf> wear their shoes unless they were scuffed up and dirty," Of course high school age^ and for that matter the older genera tion, too, now and then have some peculiar ideas on what is fashionable. JUJJ _ The neatest bojr^atla girl of the month are Wanda and Barland High. BITS OF INFORMATION There are twelve troph ies in the trophy case.
