They are sending funds for Care packages, playing Santa Claus to the children of the community who will not have too much Christmas, and inviting those children to the parties given in the class rooms on December 23. Mrs. Howard Farmer's ninth grade is going to be Santa Claus to a family of three children. The money used will be taken from the class treasury. Mrs. Laurine Lassiter's tenth grade is sending a check to Care to pay for a package that is needed over seas. Each student do nated to this cause in pro portion to his ability. W. G. Sdwards's tenth grade is going to purchase a present for each of their grade mothers. The students will donate to wards these gifts. Instead of the usual Christmas party, December 23> the junior class with their grademothers and sponsor, Miss Edith Farmer, will go caroling, visiting the homes of the shut-ins and sick people. The group will end their evening at the home of Mack and Jane Burgess, where they will be served refreshments. Miss Idalia Oglesby's seniors are going to help a needy child in the com munity that will not have too much for Christmas, W, H, Westall's section of freshmen is having a party in their class room on December 23, The money will be taken from the class treasury. yi erry Chribt For the Best in Fine Foods Come in to see us.
