Because there have been
several "minor" accidents
in the past few weeks
caused by one school bus
following too closely to
another, the North Cai'o-
lina Department of Motor
Vehicles passed a ruling
on February 2 affecting
all North Carolina school
bus drivers.
The ruling states; "Any
school bus driver follow
ing nearer than 300 feet
to another school bus is
to be charged with care
less and reckless driving."
Any school ' bus Driver
caught violating this rule
will have his school bus
license revoked, is also
emphasized.

better prepare them' for
the vocation for which
they are best suited,
co-operate with the ruling.
