BAILPY BUGLE, BAILEY, NORTH CAROLINA, .M;-RCH, 1957 PAGE 9 Siudonts Exhibit YGar's Work Appointed committees from the 11th and 12th grade English, the French, and the journalism classes as sumed the task of display ing their work for Open House night. They gathered material * from their personal note books and any other places that they had filed it dur ing the school term, PHASFS OF WORK From this material they portrayed all the phases of work that had been stu died this year. Each class assigned a committee to make up the displays. Members of each class com posing the committees were English IV; Betty Sue Boy kin, Mary Ella Glover, Bobbie Lou Batts, Keith y^JRS, MAKE HONOR ROLL Foiifth grading period has the largest number of stu dents making honor roll. Juniors led the way with 12,. one fourth of their class, attaining the goal. Freshmen followed with five; sophomores, four; seniors, three, A number of students, primarily juniors and freshmen, missed it by having one B+, The names of those who acquired the honor roll appears on page U. After completing her prac tice teaching in Boone, she became this month a member of the Bailey High, School faculty. She replac ed Mrs. Harvey Evans, who taught the eighth grade. After one day of teaching ii3 eighth graders. Miss Stott expressed her opin ion as "fine."
