Need Money?--See Berney BARGAINS IN UNREDEEMED PLEDGES By Faye Parnell Have you ever had those baby sitting blues? You know when someone asks you to take care of their darling cherubs while they try to escape them for a while. The money they give you never seems to make amends for the numerous glasses of water Junior asks for and the many limes little Sus^ie wants her trapdoor unbuttoned. And that squalling baby. The catch of it is that their doting parejits always promise that they won’t be a bit of trouble. And of course there .always is a big bit of trouble. As soon as I delve into the mysteries of Gregg shorthand, I hear a plaintiff wail from Susie that Junior .is pulling her hair. As soon as I get them settled th.? baby wakes and it’s a bottle to heat for her. By that time I havt given up all hope of learn ing shorthand and started figur ing out a easier way to make a living than baby sitting. Old Romances when Remember lovers? Janet Cook and Jimmy Ellis.
