An original one-act play, Columbus Discovers iliaerica, was pre sented in modernized burlesque. The leading parts v;ere taken by Carl Parlvcr as Indian Chief and Franklin Niven as Columbus. A number of other students had parts in songs rjid dances o While the pupils made it clear that they v/ere not presenting accurate history, many traits of Indian life were illustrated.
