At the end of the first semester, the member with the most points will-receive an award. The point system is to get members to 'work more and to obtain a greater interest in the club. Prayer meetings will be held again this year each Thursday at 8:00 o’clock before school in Miss Abrahamsen’s room. This is a meeting held to pray for others and for starting the day off right. Since it was so effective last year, the Bible Club was encour aged by the teachers to write de votions for the homeroom again. These will be sent to the home rooms for the devotions on Mon days. Also, a program will be held over the loud speaker once a month. A new project will be to place a big card with a prayer on it in the cafeteria where the stu dents can see it as they enter. This is to remind them to be thankful for their food. The Bible Club will have an other assembly program this year. It will be comical and se rious. Everyone enjoyed last year's program and the members hope that this year’s program will be enjoyed as well.
