Wo have already loarned to speak several expres sions for use in the classroom. TFE NINTH GRADE Miss Margaret Rogers, a former rav^nber of our class, is attending school in Dalton, Georgia, v/here she is noY/making her home. Catherine Nollman, a student of Sebring High School, is attend ing Highlands High School until her frmily return to their winter home in Sebring, Florida. Catherine v/as a member of our class for a month Isst year, and v/e are glad to have her with us again. The Ninth Grade enjoys the dis tinction of being the largest; class in high school this yerr. THE EIGHTH GRADE There are tv;enty pupils enroll ed in the Ei"hth Grade this year. I think the entire Eighth Grade likes hTlip*h school better than the grammar grades. We all thought high school would be hard but it is very easy. The only thing that we rerrot about hi^xh school is that we do not get a play period. THE SEVENTH GRADE The friends of Edna ’''^ilson are sorry to Imow that she was taken to Angel’s Hospital for an oper ation, but we are frl?d to learn that she is better. The Seventh Grnde has organized a club called the Good Citizenship Club. The Chairman is Lolita Holt; Secretary, Earle Young; Teacher’s Council, Lev/is Dendy; Maxie Wright, and Nancy Potts.
