However, he soon finds himself jealous and suspic ious, and the two men argue it out, with out teikiiig Candida into their confidence. X'A the end, of course, she straightens everything out for her cwn convenience, to the amusement and satisfaction of the f'-udienco. To theatre hungry people, and to the youiigor generation which has had very lit- gI I opportunity to see really good thea- fcio, Candida is a special dolight, for it offers not only stimulus to the eye fUid the spirit of adventure, as the mov ies do, but also appeals to the intel lect and stirs the deep, human sense of hunof in all of us. Anyone who enjoys^ brilliant dialogue, anyone who would like to call a great, international wit frien? will revel in that most heartwarming of comedies, Candida.
