The Le Greenhouse Cafe is transformed into a night club with the help of decora tions, special lighting, and music. The unique atmosphere that is created allows students the chance to relax, take a study break, and enjoy refreshments. Because of the suc cess of last years “Comedy Club,” MEA has decided to make the club a series, The series will include four performance dates, the first of which is September 28 in Le Greenhouse Cafe. Other performance dates are November 9, January 25, and Feb ruary 22. The first performance will feature Randy Levin, “a variety comedian." Randy is a comedian, magician, and mime. He has performed on college campuses such as North Carolina State University, Duke University, and many more. Randy has performed on television and in famous night clubs such as “Catch a Rising Star” in New York City and ‘‘Charlie Goodnight's" here in Raleigh. Daria Sheehan, the Public Relations Director for the Pepsi-Cola Company, said Randy was "One of the most excit ing and professional performers we had touring the country." MEA’s Coffeehouse Chair, Denise Noble, has arranged all of the acts for this years series of the “Angels’ Comedy Club.” The Coffeehouse committee will be in charge of arranging nights full of amazement, laughter and fun. For the perfor mance on September 28 there will be an entrance fee of two dollars. There will be a small fee for drinks but not for food. The doors will open at7:31 p.m.,so be sure to come early — entrance is on a first come first serve basis. Bring a friend or a date on September 28 at 8:01 p.m. to the Le Greenhouse Cafe for the opening of “Angels' Comedy Club." It’s an evening you will not want to miss!
