HALLOWEEN HALLOWEEN HALLOWEEN It was 7:10 A.M. on October 31st. when all work stopped at W & J Rives and the activities for Halloween began. Nancy McNeill, our Office Manager arranged for some mighty special visitors to set our mood for the ghost and goblin night. Among the celebraties we were pleased to meet were "Charro", the heavenly goochie-goochie girl herself. Fred Flintstone came by for awhile to enjoy our fun. Raggedy Ann and Andy for the young at heart came by, hand in hand. We were entertained by lots of cloxms and scared by this hooded thing. Little Red Riding Hood skipped by with all of her splendor to say hello. A few pioneer women came by just for fun and we even had a scare crow and hobo stop by for a job and joined in on our good time. At last, around 7:30 A.M. our celebration of a year to year tradition slowed down and work resumed; however, the mood of fun continued and our spirits were, indeed, lifted by the smiles we saw on everyone' faces. by Linda Sheets *** THE EDITOR SPEAKS: We, the employees, would like to take this opportunity to thank Warren and Jeff for making this newsletter possible and,as the Editor, I would like to thank everyone who has helped me in making it a reality.
