FROM RANDY'S DESK
We have met many challenges during the
past months. Thanks to a deep sense of
service to others, these challenges have
resulted in a year of progress and good will
This good will is particularly stressed
during the Holiday Season.
We will begin the Holiday Season in our
new plant and Thanksgiving will have a
special meaning for all of us. As the year
draws to a close, I'd like to take this
opportunity to thank each and every one of
you for the immeasurable services you have
given to our company and the people we serve
Please accept my sincerest wishes for a
good Thanksgiving, A Merry Christmas and a
most satisfying New Year!

PRODUCTION STATUS
The outlook for production for the next two to three months seems to
be fairly good. We will continue to be in the "style" environment that
we have been experiencing for the last two to three months, but we
hope we will be able to get more continuity on the styles that we are
producing. We have more colors and light weight fabrics than normal and
the lack of stripped down garments that helps fill the voids caused by
the labor-intensive garments we are not producing seems to be easing
up. This was what was creating the unbalance in the plant and causing
some operations to be short on production where other operations were
overloaded. We are working with our existing customers and with new
customers on obtaining these garments that are filling these voids.
This is not easy as our customers are experiencing the demand for
"style" garments and do not have as many orders for the stripped down
models. We are fortunate that we are working full time as there are
plants in this area who are working only three days a week and one
plant which has closed down for a full week and is still only working
three days a week. These plants have been calling us to see if we have
production available in order to fill their voids. We do not see a
need to work a shortened week in our plant. Your willingness to shift
and transfer to make different styles is the reason for our ability to
run full production and we appreciate your efforts.
