EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH by his fellow worker, Ruth Caldwell This is Willie James Jiles of the Cutting Department. Willie is employed as a cutter, and "one of the best we might add". He is married to the former Johnnie Mae Bates and has five children. Willie is a very likeable guy. There is nothing you can't go to him and ask that he won't do. His work speaks for him -- always neat and in order. The one thing that Willie truly loves is being able to take the time out to listen and play with his children when they ask. While employed at Mr. Apparel, Willie was drafted into the Army, spending three years there from 1966 to 1969. He has been employed for WSJ Rives since we began operation and has been employed as a cutter for 18 years. His supervisor is Paul Hildreth. Willie and his family reside on Hilburn Avenue in High Point. A A *»• NEW PLANT -- PROGRESS As of this writing, the new plant is 85% complete.
