Mayor REDFIELD has established certain groUhd rules for the conduct of the Board of CofflmlSsl^mers meetings in order to insure orderly process: 1, An agenda for each regular meetiiiig will be established and will be el6sed on the third day prior to each regular meeting, ‘2, Only those Items on the agenda will be considered by the Board. 3, All'submissions to the agenda made by Interested citizens of the Town are to be made in writing, signed by the author and addressed to the mayor or to any one of the commissioners, 4, For orderly process at the board meetings, a citizen of the town wishing to address the board will go to, and speak from, a podium which will be provided at each meeting, state ;|il3 .^ame^ afld then make his presentation, .TOWN FOLKSII! SI was persuaded to dive Into the task of getting all the tax records from the county Into tax boo^s of our own. For several days relays of volunteers gathered at SI and Minnie’s House to «opy numbers out of one book Into another. This ambitious group saved the new town a large hunk of money, and apparently had some happy "getting to know you” hours besides.
