Program for the day ms a delightful Auction tmder the direction of Rachael Mangum
with a big assist from Auctioneer Hizzoner Mayor Ken Hanan. Both indoor and outdoor
plants were donated by Club members and spirited bidding resulted in a tidy sum to be
used in the future for a garden therapy project at seme health facility.

GREEN BAG DAY
All Pine Knoll Shores residents are invited to join Garden Clubbers in our town-
wide annual clean-up Wednesday, October 16, Be at Brock Basin at 9»30 a.m. for pick-up
assignment. Gloves are advised and a pointed stick, if you wish. Bring mug and spoon
for lunch, cold drinks and beer for all workers at Town Hall about 11»30. Rain date -
Thursday, October 17. Let's keep our town beautiful.
