Connie's family originally came from New Jersey but now live in Atlantic Beach.
When Bill's father retired from the Air Force, his family settled in North Carolina too,
and Bill graduated from the University of North Carolina in Wilmington. Connie is under
standably taking a leave of absence these days, but she and Bill are associated with
Larry Moore's company - Concept Marketing, Inc. When not at work, they both love boating
and he is a most enthusiastic surfer. In fact one of the best vacations he ever had was
a Surfing Safari last February in the Bahamas. Connie likes to work in ceramics, ride
her bike, and tend her many plants in their lovely new home. And what an interesting
house it is! With the help of two friends. Bill built it himself, sub-contracting only
the heating, air-conditioning and plumbing. He is justly proud of this big accomplish
ment, which took him 13 months to finish. Tanner, a friendly seven year old Golden
Retriever completes this fine young household.

pile of brush.
Three sets of flashing lights are on order for new volunteer firemen's personal
