The REALTOR* of the Year Award,
given by the Carteret County Asso
ciation of Realtors (CCAR), honors
realtors who have provided outstand
ing service to their local association,
profession, state, national association
and local community. This year's award
went to Marian Goetzinger of Pine
Knoll Shores Realty. The President of
CARR said, "I can assure you that this
is the most special award a realtor can
ever receive. The recipient is nominated
and voted on by peers."
In nominating Marian Goetzinger
for the award, Paula Stadiem stated:
"It is my pleasure to nominate this
most deserving REALTOR**." She cited
Marian's hard work "to help make the
