Country Club News Byjoan Lamson Do you know where your neighbors are? Several of them have been spending time at The Country Club of the Crystal Coast, and many of them have been having a really good time. At the recent Member-Guest Golf Tournament, mem ber and Pine Knoll Shores resident Tom King and his guest. Bob Mabis, won the Championship title. Now, this is a big-deal tourna ment, and not only did they win the title but also each won a flat screen TV! Club member and another Pine Knoll Shores resident Dewey Keller came in second with his guest, Terry Lewis, and along with the honor of their achievement, they each won a Kindle Fire. Several fine Pine Knoll Shores' folks were seen at the wonderful Fourth of July celebration at the club. The picnic fare was delicious, the kids’ games were great, the fireworks might have been the best ever and we did dance the night away. Every day, some of your neighbors are on the golf course or on the tennis courts. Some will be joining us for the Half-Price Steak Night, some for the soon-to-be famous Seafood Buffet or even Burger Night. There are great activities taking place at the swim ming pool—parties, water aerobics and just plain fun. And, we oc casionally run into one of our local citizens at the Sand Bar! Come join us for an Open House sometime, and get a look at The Coun try Club of the Crystal Coast.
