Employes Enjoying Short Rest While a few employes are taking in ventory, painting, and overhauling ma chinery, the majority of our people are taking a much needed rest. Due to gasoline shortage trips to the beach and mountains are out and very few are not taking advantage of the short vaca tion to get their Victory gardens, lawns and homes in good shape. Contrary to our announcement last issue this is not a summer vacation, merely the regular July 4th holiday coupled with inventory and the neces sity of repairing and overhauling ma chinery that has been carrying heavier loads than ever before. Just the same, employes welcome it and are using it to good advantage. V . . . — Buy War Bonds—Slap the Japs!
