I have the honor and pleasure of Informing you that the
Sheeting, Bedspread, and Finishing Mills of your Division have
qualified for Certificates of Safety Achievement, by reducing
accident frequency in the period July through December, 1944, to
the extent of more than 40 percent in comparison with the last
six months of 1943.
