Attention Relatives Of
Service Men and Women
You have been informed that the com
pany is getting out a booklet in which
it is planned to have pictures and
service records of all men and women
who have gone into military service.
The company is anxious to include every
man and woman who have gone into
service in this booklet. This includes, of
course, all men and women from the
company who have participated in
World War II and who may, or may not,
now be working for the Company.
The company, however, does not have
pictures and it is up to you relatives
and friends to furnish the picture if you
want your son, daughter, sweetheart, or
friend’s picture and record included in
this booklet—which will be one of the
^things every service man and woman
"will treasure when they return home.
If any picture is left out it will be only
because you have failed to send in the
picture. The company has made every
effort to secure pictures of all of our
people in service but without your co
operation we will necessarily miss
some.
The deadline for sending in pictures
is July 2, 1945. Please" send in the pic
ture of your service man or woman right
now so it will be here beforethe dead
line.
Send them to J. A. Whitehead, Spray
Personnel office; Homer Vernon, Dra
per Personnel office; Coy Campbell,
Fieldale Personnel office.
Remember the deadline—July 2, 1945.
