Members of the Fieldcrest Team } Patsy Barker, whose job is inspecting and folding fitted sheets,- performs a Tesponsible work for the Bleachery. 'She makes the ftrial inspection and ;therefore is the last person to see the ^entire sheet before it gets to the retail 'customer. ; She must know our quality stand- ftr&s and the different grades of .sheet ing- manufactured by Fieldcrest. She must:give close attention to her-work and eScercise good judgment. Any mis takes she made would be costly. Merle Hunter, key punch operator in Tabulating Dept., at the General Office, punches and verifies cards for all ship ments of goods to customers and for production. The cards are used in elec tronic tabulating machines to prepare various reports for the Accounting Dept., and for sales analysis. Accuracy is of the .utmost import ance. Any error she made would be reflected all the vMy throtigh ■ to the Company’s balance sheet. To perform her work correctly arid .on time re quires close attention to the job, a good knowledge of the operation, and an understanding of the importance of - what she is doing. By careful and effi cient work she contributes to the suc cess of the Company.
