The letter from half-way around the

“Dear Sir:
“A month ago we stayed with some
American friends in Pango Pango. In
our guest room they had some beauti

a New Zealander and I have never
seen quality like these and I’d love to
purchase some.
“I saw your address in the American
House & Garden which I get and won
dered if you had a catalogue or pamph
lets about your towels and bed linens,
which you could send me. Perhaps you
could advise me where I could write
to to buy these things.
“Thanking you in anticipation.

Praised For Invention
Ben Minter holds device he invented
to improve two-piece warp weaving
operation.
Ben Minter, a loomfixer at the Towel
Mill, has worked out a device which
stops the loom off on two-piece warps
to prevent the style from having to be
re-drawn.
His invention has been described as
an excellent device which does a good
job at very low installation cost.
In a letter commending Mr. Minter,
D. E. Simons, Towel Mill superinten
dent, said: “ ... We appreciate your in
terest in your job and hope you will
continue to use your initiative to im
