James, Margaret J. Crawford and Roar L. Dish- mon. Sheeting Operation—Jessie L. Clark, Carrie H. Chaney, Linda G. Belton and Carl M. Hairston. Bedspread Operation—Howard Scales, James P. Ellington, Jr., Marjorie B. Wood and Estelle C. Bell. Karastan—Annie J. Peters, Dorothy D. Brown, Stella S. Martin, Lorinda N. Martin and Ellen B. Heffinger. Staff Departments—Sam B. Rhodes, Jr. and Amos S. Hayes, Jr. The drawings, held at the Fieldcrest Store, were conducted by R. L. Moore, general chairman of the United Fund campaign for Fieldcrest. He was assist ed in the drawings by Edward S. Barks dale of General Offices and Jack Jarrett of Draper Personnel. He had the new members and the retired members of the 25-Year Club stand for recognition. He then introduced the “Blue Grass Partners” who provided the entertain ment. Playing a variety of country music songs, the “Blue Grass Partners” had a very attentive audience. Attendance prizes were drawn for, with W. F. Crumley, superintendent of the Blanket Mill, presiding over the drawings. Blankets were given to Roy M. Carter, Irva T. Hopkins, Daisy L. Chambers and Paul J. Minter. Blankets were also given to the oldest and youngest members present. Bert Weaver won for being the oldest mem ber, and Frances Compton received the prize for being the youngest 25-Year Club member present. R. J. Adkins gave the invocation and everyone then went to the cafeteria for luncheon.
