The employees achieved 4,045 hours per employee without a lost-time accident through the month of November, 1972. They had worked a total of 379,229 hours since the last dis abling injury which occured on July 27, 1971. Under the terms of the Fieldcrest Safety Program, erh' ployees in all mills are entitled to a safety barbecue whe” they have worked an average of 2,000 hours per employ®® without a lost-time accident. Blanket Warehouse employees are continuing their fi**® safety record to date. Grant Requests Must Be Received In Advance Requests for Fieldcrest Foundation ed ucational grants must be received by the grant committee at least a month and a half prior to the date a course or program is to begin. This cutoff period has been estab lished by the grant committee in order to more effectively evaluate requests. For example, if a course is to begin in January, the application for a grant must be made by November 15 in or der to be processed by the educational grant committee. Children of Fieldcrest employees who are planning to apply for an education al grant are urged to apply as far in advance as possible. Miscellaneous Items: Buy . . .
