Fieldcresf Ladies Enjoy Wednesday Bowling GENERAL OFFICE DAMES KARA LOC KARASTAN OFFICE LIBERATORS CHALLENGERS There are now 33 Fieldcrest Ladies in the Eden area. Does that mean that Fieldcrest has only 33 female employees in Eden? No, of course not. What it does mean is that there are 33 members in the Fieldcrest Ladies Bowling League this season. The ladies are divided into six teams and they bowl every Wednesday night during the MONDAY, MARCH 11, 1974 season at the Eden Bowling Center. The standings to date are as follows: General Office Dames, first with 20 wins and 12 losses; Kara Loc, second, 19V2 wins and 12V2 losses; Karastan Office, third, 19 wins, 13 losses; Liberators, 18 wins, 14 losses; Challengers, 13'/2 wins, 18V2 losses; and Razzle Dazzles, sixth with 6 wins and 26 losses. High scratch set is held by Valerie Smith with a 572 and high game is held by Judy Roach with a 232. Team members, shown in the above photographs left to right, are: General Office Dames — Ellen Moore, Joy Wade, Carolyn Dance, Debbie Dyer and Judy Roach, team captain. Kara Loc — Renate Smart, Valerie Smith, Loretta Shelton, Delsie Hopkins and Ruth RAZZLE DAZZLES Shropshire. Not present for the picture was Polly Burnette, team captain. Karastan Office — Beverly Law, Lovella Hagood, sergeant- at-arms of the league, Jo Reid, Hilda Martin, and Ruth Maynor, team captain and secretary of the league. Liberators — Joye Hicks, Brenda Hampton, Marcel Hicks, Judy Lyons, Lametta Garland, and Clara Blackstock, team captain and president of the league. Challengers — Nancy Chilton, Peggy Justice, Patsy Kennon, Kathy Smathers, Carol Via, team captain, and Carolyn Austin. Razzle Dazzles — Iris Gravely, Judy Henriques, vice president of the league, Lou Stophel, treasurer of the league, Lois Lea, and Barbara Manns, team captain.
