Sing With Group
Two employees of the Laurelcrest Carpet Mill are members of
the Four Shadows Gospel Singers of McColl, S. C. They are Fred
Williams, Plant Service Department; Jerry English, Coating De
partment.
The well-known singing group was organized in the 1930s and
will be celebrating their 40th anniversary in November of this
year. They have been broadcasting over Radio Station WBSC in
Bennettsville, S. C. for the past 24 years and have also made some
recordings.
