Long, plant manager of the Sheet Finishing Mill, sheet sets were awarded as follows: George Akers, “Secret Garden” ■ set; Elbert Prof fitt, “Ronald McDonald & Friends”; Otis Robertson, “American Commemorative”; Elsie Harpe, “Interlude”; and Josie Chaney, “Halston’s Flower”. R. C. Going, plant manager of the Draper Sheeting Mill, recognized the 50-year mem bers present; Earl Bondurant, Allie Houchins, J. W. (Bill) Page and A. D. Weaver. Mr. Going welcomed the following new members into the 25-Year Club: Jack Baker, Ola Callahan, Leonard Foster, Grace Lawson, Lorine Pruitt, Paul Westbrook, Draper Sheeting Mill; Giles Runnings, and Guerrant Nor man, General Offices; and Vivian Johnson and Samuel Ralph Going, plant manager, greets J. W. (Bill) Page, retired 50-year employee of Draper Sheet ing Mill. Smith, Specials Department. Musical entertainment was furnished by the Spiritual Tones, a quartet including Becky Kendrick of the Sheet Finishing Mill, a member of the 25-Year Club, and ijonald Denny, of the Bedspread and Sheet Finishing Mills shop. Mrs. Kendrick sings alto and Mr. Denny sings lead and is manager of the quartet. Other members are Mrs. Kendrick’s husband, Arthell, bass, and their son, Randy, who plays the drums. Geraldine Simp son sings tenor and Sandra Roberson is pianist and so prano. The invocation preceding the buffet luncheon was given by Lewis Hammock, a retired employee of the Sheeting Weave Room. Winners of first three door prizes, by coincidence, were seated at same table. Showing their prizes, from left to right, are Elbert Proffitt, Otis Robertson and George Akers. W. F.
