In an even greater achievement, all of the em ployees in 48 of the departments pledged a Fair Share on a continuing basis. Jim Stutts, chairman of the campaign at Field- crest, said “It is the employees with continuing deductions who give the strongest support. Thev make it much easier and simpler to conduct a campaign, making a savings in time and money “I want to especially commend those who are siped up for continuing deductions and to urge others to make their United Fund contributions under this method.” United Fund will award a Certificate ofMent to each department arid sub-unit in which m percent of the employees pledged a Fair Shar^ The certificates are being prepared and will be presented soon.
