Happenings... Santa Visits Scottsboro; Treats Employees' Kids The annual Christmas party for children of Fieldcrest employees at Scotts boro Rug Mill was held Christmas Eve morning at the First Methodist Church in Scottsboro, Ala. A short welcome by Joseph P. Foster, division vice president and general manager, followed the singing of Christmas carols. Local magician Bernard Cabiness performed remarkable feats of sleight- of-hand which delighted the adults as well as the children. Then, Old St. Nick himself arrived to help award door prizes and hear the last-minute wishes of those youngsters who needed to sit on his lap and add a few more items to their Christmas lists. Each child was given a stocking of candy as the party ended. - ,»«- TIFFANY BROADNAX GREGORY DURHAM KEVIN GOOLSBY JAMES LEDBETTER Our Children Tiffany Broadnax, six, is the daughter of Evonne Broadnax, who works in the Inspecting and Cutting Department at the Blanket Finish ing Mill.
