WILLARD HAGGINS Haggins Joins Karastan Mill Willard B. Haggins of Aberdeen, N. C. has joined Fieldcrest as technial supervisor in the Dyehouse at Karastan Rug Mill. He was formerly employed as technical superintendent of Dyeing at Knit- Away, Inc. in Raeford, N. C. Haggins received his under graduate degree in biology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hid.
