mi Intramural Page 8, October 27, 1977 Football The championship games for intramural football will be played Monday, October 31. The men’s game will be between Howerton 2nd floor, who went 5-0 to capture the top position for the first half of the season, and Davis 2nd floor who went 5-0 during the second half of the season. The two team leaders are looking forward to an exciting and tough game.. “Our main problem has been getting all our players there at one time; said Rusty Pulliam of 2nd floor Howerton. “We hop to have them all there Monday. I think with all of our players there we should be favored, but they’ve got a good team.’ Mitchell Case of Davis 2nd floor said the game would be evenly matched. “The two things we have to do to win is beat their defensive rush and stop Freshwater. All around I think we have the majority of better football players, but whoever wants to win this game the most will win it! ’ The women’s game will be bet ween MaHall 3 rd floor and MaHall 5th floor. It should be curious to say the least. |L^ ¥¥¥¥> •I ■t t I t t t t ■t t t t t i ■ t •I ■r He Says- Everyone longs to give themselves completely to someone- to have a deep soul relationship with another- to be loved thoroughly, and exclusively. But God, to a Christian, says, “No, not until you are satisfied, fulfjl'lled and content with being loved by Me alone- with giving yourself totally and unreservedly to Me- with haveing an intensely personal and unique relationship with Me alone, * discovering that only in Me is your satisfaction to be found, ; | will you be capable of the perfect human relationship ^' that I have planned for you. ;' You will never be united with another until you are united with Me- ■ t exclusive of anyone or anything else, ; J exclusivbe of any other desires or longings. 5 I want you to stop planning, stop wishing, and allow Me to give you the most thrilling plan existing- one that you cannot imagine. I want you to have ghe best. Please allow Me to bring it to you. You just keep watching Me, expecting the greatest thjitngs- keep experiencing the satisfaction that I am. Keep listening and learning the things I tell you. You just wait. That’s all. Don’t be anxious. Don’t worry. Don’t look around at the things others have gotten or that I’ve given them. Don’t look at the things you think you want. You just keep looking off and away up to Me, or youll miss what I want to show you. You see, until you are ready and until the one I have for you is ready, (I am working even at this moment^ have both of you ready at the same time) until you ar both satisfied exclusively with Me and the life I prepared for you, you won’t be able to experience the love that exemplifies your relationship with Me, and thus is the perfect love. And dear one, I want you to have this most wonderful love, I want you to see in the flesh a picture of your relationship with Me, and to enjoy materially and concretely ; I the everlasting uniohrof beauty, perfection, and level ' I that I offer you with Myself. ■ I Know that I love you utterly. ; [ I am God. submitted by Ginger Cook t ■ t t ■ t ■t ■ t ■t ■ t ■f K ■t ■t t ■C ( • c • t ■ ( •t • I • t HELEN DOWLING STUDIES, STUDIES, STUDIES, AND STUDIES . .
