It’s hard to believe that first semester has come and gone so quickly and second semester is upon us. It is with great pride that I introduce you to the first issue of the "new and improved" Aletheia.. The Aletheia is YOUR newspaper and we encourage you to support our efforts by getting involved. Our only purpose for existence is to serve you the reader. If your Welcome Back! and entertainment. We are going to try to provide you, the reader, with information not only from Montreat, but also from the Black Mountain/Asheville area on what's happening outside of Montreat. Our staffers will actually leave Montreat in quest of information on the outside world (which really does exist). Restaurant reviews, movie reviews, concert updates and discount information are just a few of the features that we will bring to our pages this semester. We hope that you will thoroughly enjoy this edition of the Aletheia, but Keep in Touch! organization is having an event, meeting, contest, or if you would just like to let people know what’s going on, let me know and I’ll print it for you in the paper. If you know of a business there is a catch. To continue to provide you with an entertaining and informative paper; we need YOUR help. We need people who will contribute articles or ideas for articles, drawings, cartoons, letters to the editor, jokes, etcetera.
