But it wasn’t enough, as the Cobras pulled out an 80- 76 win. In addition to Gilchrist’s 31, Tatum scored 17 and both Sherill and Hulse added nine. Despite their lackluster 2-17 record (and 1 -7 record in the TVAC), the Cava- liers remain optimistic. Center .leff Sheets said, “We feel we can definitely still make the playoffs at this point. I feel we have to play .500 ball the rest of the way to have a shot, but we can do that. We almost beat Alice-Lloyd, then we beat Mill igan, two of the TV AC s top teams; If we play like we did against those two, we’ll win several more games.” Health and Student Services announce American Red Cross Blood Drive Friday, January 31 9:00am - 12:00pm & 1:00pm-4:00pm In Front of Cafeteria Contact ext. 5003 or 3631 Mens Netters Get Undemay With New Coach By Shellie Bowser Last year’s men's tennis team re turns this year, not as a club team, but as an official competitive NAl A conference team.
