THE CADUCEUS COMING FAST LAUNDRY AND HOSTESS HOUSE GROW RAPIDLY. The work on the new camp laundry on the Dowd road near the remount station is progressing nicely and it is believed that the new structure will be completed by the first of the new year. It Is being built under a con tract price of $155,000 by A. A. Jones. The laundry will be 272x162 feet with an additional wing of 48x72 feet and when completed will be capable of handling all the laundry of the camp. The new hostess house being erect ed on the.Tuckaseege road near Lib erty Park is being rushed along in great style and it is expegted that the roofing will be completed within the next tew days. Mrs. Pirnie, the camp hostess, states that she is in hopes of being able to eat her Christmas din ner at the new Y. W. C. A. home. At present the first mess shack near the Red Cross building is serving as a hostess house and has been so ren ovated by the painstaking ladies in charge that it presents a cozy and inviting appearance. The work of covering over the wa ter tanks at camp is being rushed through in good shape, the ones at Camp 3 being almost finished.
