MORE THAN 1,000 ANIMALS TO BE AUCTIONED More than 1,000 horses and mules will be sold at auction at the Auxiliary Remount Depot, No. 306, Camp Greene on Tuesday, January, 7th. The sale starts at 9 o’clock in the morning. These animals had been selected for overseas service and are now con sidered as surplus property since the war ended. In the allotment for sale are 250 riding or driving horses, 150 draft horses, 500 heavy mules, 150 light mules. Arrangements have been made with Railroad Transportation agents to have cars placed at loading pens before the day of sale for the convenience of the buyers. Lieuten ant J. W.
