What Does it Mean to be Part of the 25 YEAR CLUB? Why do our long-time employees look forward to that 25 year service award? And why do Mr. Bell and Mr. Dickson feel that these presentations are so important that they, personally, must ap pear for the ceremony? In case you’re wondering, the awards are simply tokens of appreciation to these special people who have contributed a quarter-century of their lives to building our company. Their suggestions have helped to shape company policy, and they have aided in the installation, operation, and trials of new or improved machinery and work methods. These 25 year clubbers deserve our utmost re spect and heartfelt thanks for making this com pany what it is. TEN YEAR Congratulations to these employees who have com pleted Ten Years Service and received their Ten Year Pins in appreciation for their contributions to the progress of our Company during the past ten years.
