What you use (brush or rol- ler) depends on where you are painting—inside or outside the house. A good paiot Job requires a clean surface before you paint. Clean surface as thoroughly as possible —wash or dust. Patch cracks or breaks in plaster. Be sure to use quality patching plaster or speck ling compound. Allow to dry. Sand to smooth surface.
